When you write, it helps to include your device (iPhone, Apple TV,
Fire TV), the email you sign in with, and a short description of the issue.
Common questions
- Manage or cancel Matinee+ — subscriptions are billed by the App Store
or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings;
cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
- Restore a purchase — open the app's Profile screen and choose Restore
Purchases, signed in with the same store account you bought with.
- Trouble signing in — make sure you're using the same method (Apple,
Google, or email) you signed up with. Email us if you're locked out.
- Where to watch a title — Matinee links you to streaming apps; watching
requires your own subscriptions or rentals with those services.
- Delete your account & data — from the in-app Profile screen, or at
our account deletion page.
